Recently we rolled out a national mystery shopping project for a major telco client. Why did they choose us?
The product was youth-related. So it makes for a much more realistic retail engagement if the customer is a closer match to a typical real customer.
Importantly, at the same time the client needed a reliable team and a fast turn around.
And the entire project was briefed, executed and reported within 10 days.
Our team
We have 220 active staff on our payroll at any one time. They are not typical 18-24 year olds though! To get on our books, we accept only one-in-ten applicants.
All of our team have worked for major brands in the past. Even better, because they don't do this day-in, day-out, they don't suffer "mystery shopper fatigue". They are excited and dedicated about each new project.
